For those of you who aren't German it's pronounced "Shrayder". Schroeder, Texas is Between Goliad and Victoria at 12514 FM 622 and is about the only operating business left in the tiny town. Schrader Hall was Built in 1935 and has hosted many of the Great Acts in Country Music.As several other Dance Halls claim to be Texas Oldest, Schroeder claims to be the Second Oldest Dance Hall in Texas!
