Our regular hours are 9 to 5 weekdays but we can arrange to give you a showing by appointment for any time outside of our regular hours. If you are planning to go out of your way to come by it might be a good idea to call us first at 800-243-4316 so we can make sure someone will be here!

We are 30 miles west of Waco on Texas Highway 6; 100 miles north of Austin — 100 miles southwest of Dallas — 70 Miles south of Fort Worth

FROM AUSTIN: Go north on IH-35 to Belton and exit on State Hwy 317, go north on Hwy 317 until it ends at Valley Mills (aprox. 40 miles), turn left. See directions from Valley Mills below.

FROM DALLAS: Go south on IH-35 to Hillsboro and exit on State Highway 22 and go west (right) thru Hillsboro, Whitney, over the Lake Whitney Dam and thru Laguna Park. Turn left (about 4 miles west of the Lake Whitney Dam) on FM219 which will take you to Clifton. See directions from Clifton below.

FROM FORT WORTH: Go south on IH-35 and turn right on State Highway 174 at Burleson. Stay on Hwy 174 until it ends at Meridian and turn right, go thru Meridian and turn left on State Highway 6, which will take you in to Clifton (12 miles). See directions from Clifton below.

FROM ABILENE AND POINTS WEST: Take IH-20 east from Abilene to State Highway 6 at Eastland and turn right. Go approximately 100 Miles on Highway 6 to Clifton. See directions from Clifton below.

FROM BRYAN/COLLEGE STATION AND POINTS EAST: Take State Highway 6 west to just outside of Waco and take the Loop 340 Exit and then turn left on Loop 340 and go thru Waco, (Loop 340 will turn into Highway 6). Go west on Highway 6 about 20 miles to Valley Mills. See directions from Valley Mills below.

FROM TYLER AND POINTS EAST: From Tyler, take State Hwy. 31 to Waco (SH-31 turns into US-84 just before you get to Waco) and turn left on IH-35. Go to the south side of Waco and take the State Hwy. 6 Exit and then go right on Hwy. 6 about 20 miles to Valley Mills. See directions from Valley Mills below.

FROM CLIFTON: on Highway 6 going toward Valley Mills, we are 4 miles from Clifton. You will see a large Cattle Auction Barn on the right, then you will see a Historical Marker. We are the next driveway on the right, (about 1/4 mile) and the gate sign says Highview Ranch! Drive up our driveway to the top of the hill, a sign will say Gallery; follow that road to our showroom.

FROM VALLEY MILLS: on Highway 6 going toward Clifton we are 6 miles from Valley Mills. You will cross Neils Creek and in about 1/2 mile you will see a sign that says Historical Marker 1 Mile. You will be going up a hill and we are the first driveway on the left after topping the hill. The gate sign says Highview Ranch! Drive up our driveway to the top of the hill, a sign will say Gallery; follow that road to our showroom.
