This painting was published on my 2006 Texas Spanish Missions Calendar. The Mission Nuestra Senora del Espiritu Santo de Zuniga is South of Goliad across the creek from the Presidio La Bahia and was Established in 1722 and is credited with giving birth to the Texas Cattle Industry. It is now part of the Texas State Parks system.
