Located in the 2800 block of Guadalupe, an Austin legend since 1926. Actually named Martin's Kumbak Place, It's been called Dirty's by the locals for generations. "Dirty's" is rather sentimental to me because when I was a teenager, I lived about a block away and my best friend Roy Schafer lived in the apartment above the Restaurant. Many Saturday and Sunday Mornings we would clean the parking lot and would be paid with a Cheeseburger and a Malt!
