Painting size 12" x 20", Frame size 22" x 30" Price $1450. The Tee Pee Motel is on the East side of Wharton, Texas and is one of only three of its kind remaining in the USA. Built in 1942 and went into a decline in the 1970's and was abandoned for several years. The Tee Pee has been restored and is back in business and has become quite famous recently with numerous articles and television stories. In Case you can't read the emblems, that's an Indian Motorcycle and a Chevrolet Apache Pickup that I thought would be appropriate

These are five of our Longhorns getting some lunch and enjoying some color and aroma therapy from the Bluebonnets in the process. These two Live Oak Trees are located in the same rest area as the tree in Summer Surveillance!

I was Teaching a Workshop at the Rockport Art Center and stepped out the back door which opens out to the Harbor. This Shrimp Boat Named the Bald Eagle was moored close by and as I looked at the boat a Seagull landed right on the tip of the Bow with his wings spread eagled as if to try and convince himself that he was a Bald Eagle! I went to get my camera but the Seagull was gone when I returned. No matter how hard he tries he will always be a Seagull but we have an advantage in that what we try for, we can almost always achieve if we try hard enough!

is at 2028 Fort Worth Highway on the east side of Weatherford, Texas and it opened for business in 1958. The minute I saw the charcoal and pink color scheme it took me back to the Fifties when charcoal and pink was all the rage!

These are some of our Longhorns that have all since died of Old Age and the Rock Formation is called Bee Rock and is a prominent Landmark in Bosque County where we live. The cowboys are moving the Cattle to a new pasture where the grass is greener!

This Waterfall is located on Tonkawa Creek within the City Limits of Crawford, Texas, “home of the Former Western White House” and is the center piece of the Crawford City Park. I left out the Street Bridge that is directly above the Falls and added the Bluebonnets on the Bank because it was April when I went to the Falls to take my reference photos. Maybe I’ll give them the idea to plant some Bluebonnets there!- GEORGE BOUTWELL

I've always been amazed by the Majesty and power of Thunderstorms! This painting was inspired one spring afternoon while watching an approaching wicked looking Thunderstorm from our backyard. I made up the landscape, Road and Farm to show the scale of the Storm.
