“PELICANS AND PATTERNS” I was driving on the Causeway that connects Port Isabel to South Padre Island when I spotted these Brown Pelicans near the base of the Causeway at Port Isabel. I pulled up and parked and walked down to where they were and took several photographs which I used for reference for this Painting. - GEORGE BOUTWELL
