Forgotten Canyon

Forgotten Canyon-Several years ago I was visiting a ranch near Vanderpool and was walking in a Box Canyon lined with trees and a delightful creek and I came upon several Horses and thought the scene would make a good painting. I took some photographs and apparently misfiled them until recently when I rediscovered them and this painting is the result!
