“DIEHARD” I was supposed to go fishing with Chuck Naiser at Rockport but a storm was brewing and the water was too rough to fish so we decided to cancel. Later I was driving along Fulton Beach and was amazed by this fellow out on a pier, seemingly oblivious to the waves that were crashing across the pier.
