“HIGH TIME IN HILLSBORO” The Texas Theater is just south of the Courthouse Square in Hillsboro, Texas and was built in 1926 and got it’s current facade in 1940. Giant was filmed in West Texas near Marfa and was James Dean’s last movie before his accidental death in 1955. Although James Dean died in 1955, I thought he would look cool in a 57 Chevy, parked between his costars!
